Solo con frutta bio proveniente dal nostro agrumeto
Fatta esclusivamente con frutta biologica proveniente dal  nostro frutteto, la marmellata viene prodotta il giorno stesso della raccolta per far sì che la freschezza della frutta resti catturata conservando inalterati i profumi e i sapori originali. 
Produciamo prettamente marmellata di limoni e  di arance ma abbiamo anche  una piccola quantità di mandarino e pompelmo rosa. Tutte le marmellate di agrumi vengono realizzate  nel periodo invernale quando il frutto raggiunge la sua piena maturazione. Con le nostre marmellate amiamo sorprendere il palato di chi assaggia perché utilizzando anche la buccia, correttamente lavorata e ripulita dalle parti amare, riusciamo a conservare e a mantenere inalterato il particolare e unico sapore degli agrumi di Sorrento.
